BagHop — Baggage-Free Travel Infrastructure
Send your bags ahead. Explore Japan.
Bags Away. Right Away.
Travel, at its heart, should set us free. To wander unfamiliar streets, find unexpected views, and follow whatever catches your eye. And yet, most trips still begin and end with a suitcase in the way. BagHop changes that—because travel was always meant to feel like freedom. We travel to be free.
The Friction
Cobblestone slopes and station stairs. A 20 kg travel companion makes every step feel smaller.
Coin lockers near popular sights are always full. The view passes you by while you search.
You cannot drop your bags until 3 p.m. So the first day of your trip never quite feels complete.
A suitcase on a packed train. With every connection, the excitement of travel slips away.
