Selling price
Selling prices are the tax-inclusive prices displayed in the service or rate table.
The price is determined by delivery distance, luggage size, and the number of bags. For the first bag, the normal price for the largest bag in the delivery applies. Each additional bag is charged at 50% of the normal price for that additional bag’s own size. The price row corresponding to the delivery distance is used.

Charges other than the selling price
Customers are responsible for internet access and communication charges required to use the service. Additional charges may apply when changes to a request, differences from the information declared, redelivery, or other additional handling are required. If optional compensation is selected, the price displayed in the service applies.
Payment
- Payment method
- Credit card. Stripe is used to process payments. Available card brands are shown on the payment screen.
- Payment timing
- A credit-card authorization is secured when the service application is submitted, and the charge is finalized when delivery of the luggage is completed.
Timing of service
Following completion of the application and driver matching, the luggage is collected based on the details specified by the customer. The service is completed when the luggage is delivered to the designated destination.
Cancellation and refunds
- Before a match with a driver is confirmed: no cancellation fee.
- After a match with a driver is confirmed: a flat cancellation fee of US$30.
- After the luggage has been picked up: cancellation is not permitted.
Other refund cases, including operational cancellations, are governed by the Terms of Service.
Compensation
Compensation for lost or damaged luggage is available only when a claim is submitted by the customer and BagHop determines that the claim is eligible, subject to the conditions and limits set out in the Terms of Service.
- Standard compensation: up to ¥1,000,000 per delivery
- With the optional compensation plan: up to ¥3,000,000 per delivery
