- Pickup location and delivery destination
- Pickup and delivery date and time

- Information relating to orders, deliveries, and payments

BagHop uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
- Providing the delivery service
- Matching customers with drivers and other service participants
- Managing pickup, delivery, and handoff

- Responding to inquiries
- Preventing misuse
- Improving the service
- Complying with applicable law and the Terms of Service
3. Third-party disclosure
BagHop does not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law, with the customer’s consent, or to the extent necessary to provide delivery, payment, or other parts of the service.
Where necessary to provide the service, BagHop may disclose personal information to destination facilities, partner delivery companies, drivers, payment service providers, and other parties involved in providing the service.
4. Outsourcing
BagHop may outsource part of the work necessary to provide the service to external service providers.

BagHop takes necessary and appropriate safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure, loss, or alteration of personal information.
6. Access, correction, suspension, and deletion
When a customer requests access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of personal information held by BagHop, BagHop responds in accordance with applicable law. Requests are accepted at info@baghop.jp.
